FAQ's

Gen 1: No QR sticker.
Gen 2: QR sticker on the end plate.
Gen 3: QR sticker on the top of the unit.

Our units work for both drum and disk brakes.
● G-1600X = Disc Brakes (Triple and Quad Axle Trailers with 10k Axles or higher)
● G-1600 = Disc Brakes (Single, Tandem and Triple Axle Trailers)
● G-1200 = Drum Brakes (Over 8,000lbs Axles)
● G-1000 = Drum Brakes (Under 8,000lbs Axles)

For the unit to work properly the OEM or After Market Controller in the truck needs to be compatible with Electric-Over-Hydraulic braking and be set to either EOH Light or EOH Heavy depending on the load. Running the truck controller set to just Electric will damage the brake actuator.

A small amount of residual fluid on the box is normal. This residual fluid results from our rigorous quality testing process, and while we try to drain all of the fluid out of each unit after testing, a small amount always remains in the unit.
